was a 13.78% increase. And all other divisions were up 8% to

OMG!!! Your power negotiation skills? The conference call we

tomorrow and this was all done within 15 minutes! And I used

Hello Ernest! Great to hear from you!
Regarding the compensation plan...upon roll out, our VP loved
the plan and the other RM's loved the plan. However, the account
reps were not thrilled to say the least...that is, until they
received their first bonus on the new plan! All account representatives
did better on the new compensation plan than on the previous
plan. In addition, once we were able to work through the bonus
numbers with them on their actual sales results, they realized
the impact it would make on their bonuses if they pushed the
profit margins just a little. We were excited to see this favorable
result. As you know, our associate satisfaction is very important
to us. As far as an increase to the bottom line, it is too early
to see the results of this as last month was the first month
on the new compensation plan. However, it's pretty obvious which
way that will go!
We are very pleased with your services and results! Thank you

Your coaching and training was remarkably helpful! I am brand
new to this field and was a bit overwhelmed. Your conference
call really helped with that overwhelmed feeling. I now have
my "prospects" in ABC order and instead of looking
at a list with 80 contacts, I now have three lists and can feel
much more focused.
Yesterday I made sales calls and sent Emails and kept your advice
in mind while I was doing it. I had a 50 percent return on my
Emails AND I had 50 percent of those returns become a sale.
Much better odds than I imagined. I am sure most of this is
due to the
confidence I was able to relay in my messages…thanks to
your coaching.
