    PHC just launched their brand new website and Sarah and I were sitting around the other day discussing our phone conversation with you all those years ago. You encouraged us to get an E-mail newsletter which we have done to great success. We are up to over 11,000 recipients! And the website looks great---thanks to all of your SEO advice and coaching.
