Corporate housing assessments are a powerful tool for the hiring and selection process, promotion decisions, and dynamic property management team building.

We rent our state-of-the-art teleconference system to property management companies and organizations who have offices/teams that are geographically dispersed. We also provide a four-hour property management Train-The-Trainer program to maximize the results of each teleconference call.

Strategic alliances are an important component of our property management clients' strategies and an important part of the work we do together. This means we stay current with leading property management alliance trends and wrote the book called "SmartMatch Alliances"!
